ELECTRIC BIKE : COMMON PROBLEM : BIKE NOT STARTING

  HELLO GUYS.... WELCOME HERE
Is your e bike stop working? is your e bike not running? is your e bike got problem? THEN you are on right page... lets discuss the problem one by one and what is solution for those problems....

PROBLEM:  Electric bike stop working, cant power on, no signal in meter no light..

SOLUTION: this problem looks bigger then it is.. follow these steps:

1.Check MCB, MCB is located under seat, some times its trip. if its tripped on it. e bike will be ready.
2. check those wires which are going in MCB, see if its correct.
3. if both of upper solution wont work try direct the wire.. means both wire in mcb pull out and joint them together.

4. if none of above works and your e bike not showing power on signal and battery meter is also not showing anything then now you work some hard..

check battery connection...

what bikes you got?
for optima plus you should look behind rear wheel. there you can see batteries check if all wires are connected.

in hero maxi there is battery box.. unlock it by keys and pull out there is a wire connected to the box push it hard see if its work.. if not keep it back and lock it.

for avon e-scoot there is two box under the seat you can check it easily.

5. still not helpful do this step..
some times joint of lock got problem.. and you fail to start the bike
do this from front wheel look inside from downside of front panel.. you will see lockset... put your hand inside and grab the wire of lock set follow it you will find a joint check it...

6. still unlucky ? try this last steps only works in optima plus...
under the seat pull out the cover near mcb there is controller there will a socket of three wires check if its loose or not....
